Summer and Convention time is over and I'm slowly settling back into my usual routine of working and drawing and not doing much else.  I think that means it is about time to reopen Commissions!
My friend and I are both going to be opening commissions at the same time so since I am the one with the sub, I'll be advertising hers here as well.  Besides, after this past convention selling art together, we're totally now like an art troupe or something.

We're doing this to help Aly out because she's been struck with a string of bad luck.  Therefore, even if you commission me, a cut of that money is going to her.  Getting art to help a person out is the best thing, right?

So let's do this!

Price Lists
I'll list who is tied to each different type of commissions below and display examples for each person.  It should hopefully make things clear, but if there are any questions, feel free to ask! :)

Quick Sketch $1
Commission ~Makio-Kuta
Details:
Quick, messy little sketches of things.  Please no more than 3 characters per scribble.
Examples:


Sketch $2
Commission ~Alystar
Details:
A rough sketch with rough colours of one or two characters.  If you would like more than two characters in the sketch, there will be a charge of $1 for each additional character.

Lineless $3
Commission ~Alystar
Details:
A smallish lineless picture.  She would prefer if you kept this to only one character.  _{Please note, this really only works with less complex designs. Thanks!}

Cell Shaded Sketch $5
Commission ~Makio-Kuta
Details:
A waist up sketch of a character with one shade cell shading.
Examples:


Character $5 _{(+$2 for additional characters up to two more)}
Commission ~Alystar
Details:
Character with lineart, simple cell shading and an abstract background.
Examples:


Character+ $7 _{(+$3 for each additional characters up to two more)}
Commission ~Alystar
Character with lineart, full soft shading and a simple, but fully rendered background.
Examples:


Head Shot $10 or two for $15 _{(only one character per picture available)}
Commission ~Makio-Kuta
A bust up drawing of a character.  Images will be fully cell shaded with a simple, abstract background.

Full Image Alystar $15 _{(+$3 for additional characters up to one more)}
Commission ~Alystar
A picture of one or two characters fully lined and shaded with a fully rendered complex background.
Examples:


Full Image Makio $20 _{(+$2 for additional characters up to five)}
Commission ~Makio-Kuta
A picture of one to five characters with full cell shading and a minimal or abstract background.  I am not sure I have the time to offer full backgrounds at the moment, but if you REALLY want something with a full background, it's an extra $20.  You should also include a 5 paragraph essay as to how much having a background on your image will change your life forever.

Commission ~Makio-Kuta
A picture like the head shot above, only done traditionally with copic markers.  If you would like this mailed to you, just include that in your commission note and I can work that out for you.  Free of charge!

Is there a style you see in one of our galleries that you are interested in?  Want something a little different than what is listed here?  Don't hesitate to ask!  We can always work out other prices and such to accommodate what you are looking for.

How to Order!
To request a commission, please send a note to either myself or ~Alystar (preferably depending on who you'd like to commission) containing the following information.
The Type of Commission, who you would like to commission and what your commissioning!  Try to be as detailed as you can on what you'd like and send as many refs as you feel necessary for us to get your characters right.  For the smaller commissions, we'd link to be paid before we start working.  But for the larger ones with multiple steps, we can split up the pay periods accordingly.  Details like that can be worked out in notes.
For larger commissions, we will gladly show previews between steps if you would like, just be sure to mention that before hand as Alystar works really fast.  I don't work fast and am a preview whore, but just to be on the same side, toss that in somewhere on your request.

Things we Aren't Good at
Just a heads up, here's a short little list of things that we don't really draw, though I think it's apparent from our galleries. xD
- Very high gore content
- Sexually Explicit
- Anthro that's more animal than human (we're both willing to try, but just keep in mind that it's not our forte.  There are many better people for that. xD )
- Mechs (same with animal anthros, there are way better people for this)

Payment
All payments must be made using paypal.  Sorry for anyone this inconveniences, but them's the breaks!

A Side Note
At Animethon Aly and I were selling card decks.  We're thinking about opening up requests for custom card decks.  These would have chibi art work on all 12 face cards, the two jokers, and maybe the 4 aces depending on if the series lends itself well to it.  The backs will also have a custom design on them, making for a full 52 card deck.  Always wanted to play crazy eights with your original characters?  Well--Soon you will be able too!
Part of Aly's string of bad luck involved her arms and hands, so she doesn't have the ability to snap corners off cards right now, so we're just letting you know about this future deal to get your brains ticking.  A custom deck would cost $25, including shipping.*
We also have three pre-made decks made that we will be offering later, Final Fantasy, Tales of and Sailor Moon.  A pre-made deck would only be $15, including shipping.*
