whose Formal!Stein cosplay I had to draw. Since I'm a total sucker for formal clothing. (if that wasn't yet apparent)
After a Fail Sketch that wasn't too bad until I attempted to add on arms---I decide to flutter over to adobe and sketch there instead. XD
